and causeth his wind to blow.
He who walketh upon the wings of the wind
and gathered the wind in his fists.
Even the wind obey him.
To make the weight for the winds,
he caused an east wind to blow
in the heaven;
and by his power he brought in the south wind,
and the four winds from the
four quarters of heaven.
He scattereth the east wind upon the earth.
The wind goeth toward the south,
and turneth about unto the north;
it whirleth about continually,

and the wind returneth again
according to his circuits.
The wind bloweth where it listeth,
and thou hearest the sound thereof,

P. 74

Behold the Clouds...

Which are higher than you!
Dost thou know the
balancings of the clouds?
The wondrous works of him
which is perfect in knowledge?
Whose truth reacheth unto the clouds
and can understand  their spreadings?
He
established the clouds above
and number them in wisdom.
The thick clouds of the skies.
With clouds he covereth the light

and commandeth it not to shine
by the cloud that cometh betwixt
and cover the heavens.
I made the cloud the garment thereof
clouds are round about him
Hi pavilion round about him
thick clouds of the skies.
If the cloud be full of rain
bottling up the heavens
binding up the waters in thick clouds
and the cloud is not rent under them
before him his thick clouds passed
yet by his knowledge
the clouds drop down the dew

P. 76

the clouds poured out and dropped water
and by watering he wearieth the thick cloud
he scattereth his bright cloud
and it is turned round about by his counsels
that they may do
whatsoever he commandeth them
upon the face of the world in the earth
He causeth it to come,
whether for correction,
or for his land,
or for mercy.
They empty themselves upon the earth,
the cloud is consumed and
vanisheth away.
