I not fill heaven and earth?’
Sing. O heavens!
And be joyful, O earth!
Whatsoever the LORD pleased,
that he did in heaven
and in earth.
For he looketh to the ends of the earth
and seeth under the whole heaven.
He buildeth his stories in the heaven
and hath founded his troop in the earth.
Out of heaven he made thee to hear his voice,
that he might instruct thee,
and upon earth he shewed thee his great fire.
