From the Waters which were above...

A father of rain
and the drops of dew.
He rideth in his excellency on the sky
and made a decree for rain,
and way for the lightning of the thunder.
He prepareth rain for the earth
and hath begotten the drops of dew.
Hast thou with him spread out the sky,
which is strong,
and as molten looking glass,
or entered into the treasures of the snow?
Or hast thou seen the treasures of hail?
