And wherein snow is hid?
For he saith to the snow,
“Be thou on the earth”
and likewise to the small rain,
and to the great rain of his strength.

He directeth his lightning
unto the ends of the earth
which scattereth the east wind.
Or a way for the lightning of thunder?
Canst thou send lightnings,
that they may go and say unto thee,
here we are?
The voice of thy thunder was in the heaven:
